Introducing our Co-Founder and Director of Player Development, the accomplished Michael Ferrari! 

With a deep-rooted passion for football, hailing from Mesa, Arizona, Michael's journey in the sport started as a standout running back for Red Mountain High School. His exceptional skills on the field earned him numerous awards, setting the stage for a remarkable coaching career driven by his genuine love for the game.

Over the past 15 years, Michael has made a significant impact as a coach, contributing to high school teams and youth flag football programs alike. His versatility as a mentor and leader has been showcased in nurturing young talents to not only excel in football but also develop into disciplined and well-rounded individuals.

In his role as the Director of Player Development for the War Dog program, Michael's primary focus is on fostering the holistic growth of football players, both on and off the field. This multifaceted position is dedicated to nurturing the personal and athletic development of each player, ensuring they thrive as skilled athletes and well-rounded individuals.

On the football field, the Director of Player Development collaborates with coaches and trainers to design specialized training programs tailored to individual player needs, enhancing their skills, performance, and game intelligence.

Off the field, Michael serves as a mentor, providing guidance and support to players in various aspects of life, including academics, personal growth, leadership, and community engagement. Emphasizing character development, instilling values of teamwork and discipline, and facilitating resources for personal growth, Michael plays a vital role in shaping confident, responsible, and successful athletes who are equipped to excel both on and off the football field.
